An Error

Ok when I click on the icon to play Simcity 4 it gives me an error "Could not initialize direct draw" , what does this mean? And how do i fix it?

go to start--> run and then type in "dxdiag" that diagnoses problems with direct X

The file ddraw.dll is an old version, which could cause problems.
You should reinstall DirectX to get the latest version.

thats the message i got then i reinstalled DirectX 9.0C restarted my computer and did what you told me to do and still no luck
