I google searched and it said the average single-family home price is $264,000 USD. Im not sure of apartments since I dont live in one.

On what kind of scale was that survey taken, Nationwide (US)? That seems really high, but maybe I am just really poor lmao.

Thats the nation. I mean, it really depends where you live. Here in new england houses easily go for $400,000 regularly, some in my town go for over like $1,500,000!!

I went from house in the hood, to apartments in a better hood, to a townhouse in a good area, and 2 year ago my mother was finally able to buy us a home...

so now its house.

Some houses around here are only around $100,000. Since i live in a rural part of NH the cost of a house isnt that much. But then again there are lots of mansions in my town also, so it varries.

2 kitchen 5 bathroom 10 bedroom mansion for me it's in the projects so it was cheap j/k . i live in a house i've been to my cousins apartment and i don't like it you have to be careful because if you trip or anything you get annoying neighbors complaining and stuff
