AMD 64bit 3800+x2 + Mobo

what mobo do you think would be the best for this processor? I have about 180 CAD to spend on it, dont care too much about overclocking, just looking for a stable board basically with built in ethernet and audio. I was thinking about the ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe nForce4 SLI, but have heard bad things about it, and is a bit on the pricy side.
