You want a pre-built, or a parts vendor?
For pre-builts, there are a few options. First, how much are you looking to spend here? I could easily suggest a Voodoo or Alienware, but they easily cost thousands upon thousands of dollars, and aren't exactly "low-end".

Are you looking to build or buy? You can build a decent gaming computer with that much cash but buying one might be dificult.
Also do you need a monitor?
