Default Keyboards Doesnt Work on Startup!!??

My keyboard doesnt work on startup... How can i make it work?

I cant gt past the first screen because i get a message saying

CMOS Checksum error - Defaults Loaded
Warning! CPU has changed.
Please Enter CPU Speed CMOS Setup and Remember to Save Before Exit.

Now... I obviously need to press DEL to get into the BIOS

But how can i get my keyboard to work?!?

Any help would be much appreciated,

Regards, Jay

Do you have any other keyboards to plug in, and what interface is your keyboard (PS/2 or USB)?

If its USB, try using a PS/2 keyboard or a USB-to-PS/2 Converter. I have the same problem with my keyboard when its plugged in via USB.
