DR.Swatson Debugger!??!?

when i open certain folder a error reporting prompt then Dr.swatson Debugger
error reporting prompt come up..and at last my computer froze after i choose Send Or dont Send

how do i troubleshoot
that?

well...i went there too but they dont give solution....

How to disable Dr. Watson for Windows

and what does the folder contain?? music, video, documents, etc?
