Need Help Badly Can Some1 Help Me??

i am trying to instal age of mythology on my computer and every time i go to put the disc in to install it it brings up zoo tycoon

it is the proper bought game not a burnt but i did have zoo tycoon on here once b4 and that was a downloaded version. i uninstalled zoo tycoon and got rid of every file off it and it still does it its really pissin me off can n e 1 help me.

insert the disk, click away the zoo tycoon menu.
then go to my computer, right click the AoM cd, select open.
and then open te Setup.exe file ( usually a blue/green square icon) yourself.

what setup does it start then?

yea ok done that... but it still brings up zoo tycoon.. its very strange i think that the only way i can get it to work is to format me computer which i don't really want to do

sounds like that CD has zoo tycoon on it. I dont think it is your computer. does it do this with other disks?

well do u even have zoo tycoon on ur pc and when u do get out of the zoo tycoon menu does it come back up agian or what and were did u get the game

k i did have it on my computer ages ago but i took it off a while ago but i installed it again and put the Age Of Mythology disc in to install it and it still brings up zoo tycoon trying to install it i clicked on the install zoo tycoon and than it just locks up

yup sounds like the disc has zoo tycoon on it. Try contacting the place you bought it from and see if they can give u one that works

Try installing it on a friends computer. If it still comes up with zoo tycoon then take it back and smack the guy ( or ask him politely to replace it )

lol well it works on me mates computer. and i also had it on this computer once before so i think that the downloaded version of zoo tycoon stuffed it up and the only way i can get it to work is to format it well i guess that would be the only way
