Default sensitivity on bf2

Ok I have been having a problem on bf2 where my mouse is incredibly sensitive, the distance I would normally move to spin one time around will take me around 3-4 times.

I adjusted the mouse sensitivity on the game (did nothing) adjusted it in control panel (also nothing). anywhere else?

hmm it could just be the mouse. try to find a different mouse and see if its different.
and wat level did you put the sensitivity on the game and control panel? the highest it could go?

the mouse is really old and I dont know the dpi but when it is ingame its very sensitive, when i minimize it the mosue is back to normal. I have the level of sensitivity in the game at 1.00 (default) and the control panel one is not numbered but it is notch 4 out of 11.

the mouse has the hp logo on it if that helps, it is an optical mouse (with a cord)

I will try to find another mouse to try it then post results.

at what settings are you playing the game?
and what fps do you get in game? because, it might be a low fps instead of the mouse
