Default Question about beeps

Hi everyone,

I'm fairly new to computers, but I'm slowly learning. I recently traded some auto parts for a computer, and it has windows xp pro with service pack 2 on it. I managed to set up an administrator account and two limited user accounts on it. When I log onto the limited user accounts the computer will make 3 quick beeps, but on the administrator account it doesn't do anything like this. It also doesn't give me any error messages either. Could someone please tell me how to fix this?

I went out and bought the book Windows XP in hopes that, that would tell me how to fix this but it doesn't. I'm still glad I got the book though because it's been helping me understand things a lot more.

I don't know if this helps or not but my motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-7n400 Pro 2 Socket A, the video card is a Gainward FX Power pack Ultra 760 128mb Geforce fx 5600, the memory is Micron DDR 333mhz 256mb x2, and the processor is an AMD Athlon XP Barton 2500+.
