Default question mark and unknown hard drive

In My Computer a drive, D:, is displayed. The icon is a hard drive with a quesition mark. All of my drives are accounted for. I mean C: is my one and only partition on my one and only hdd, E: is my CD-RW, and F: is my Alcohol 120% virtual drive. Those are all the drives I have. When I double click it, it gives me the error:

"D:\ refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location."

The drive properties show that it has 0 bytes capacity and is of the RAW file system type. I just want to get rid of this D: icon. Thanks.
