Default back metal panel loose?

how do i secure it? can't seem to do it on this computer, is it not compatible? it will just not stay put, is loose.

well i tape the wires lol i'll do that to the panel too as a last resort.

most I/O shields should clip in pretty easily and they should all be standard. If all else fails definitely resort to the tape
