Default What do you think of this site?

Now before i start, i just want to let everyone know that im not spamming or trying to sell stuff, sincwe my website is just a bunch of screenshots. Anyways, i've been working on a screenshot site and i just want to see your opinions and comments on how i can improve it. Also let me know how the speed is for you. Thanks!

Whoa, it takes ages to load (considering the relatively small amount of content) it is ok for just a screen shot site, maybe to improve it you could use a frame based layout, with the list of games on a frame to the left and then when you click on them they appear in the main frame, as this woudl make navigating the site much easier, and could could possibly make it easier to maintain

Dont know if its just me, but the writing is light grey, on a white background, which is hard to read

EDIT: Apparently it hadnt loaded. hmmm, doesnt look too bad

Ya, the bg is about 300K, and when my upload speed is only around 25Kb/s it takes a little while to load.

Your "//Games" title and the game links overlap eacother. Maybe its just firefox though.

It's not turtle slow, but it does seem as if my Cablespeeds are back to 56K when loading images. As far as the page goes though it loads right up, just not the images.

a more professional look?

no just a pic as bg with the update info on the right. make actual DIV boxes if ur using HTML

align the left side right. its covering the //GAMES

Thanks for your input, i think the problem is that alot of the text is built into the picture, and the links are text over the picture. I was afraid that would happen, so i'll work on it and give you an update later on.

And im going to close the server from now until 10PM since i get lag spikes of 900+ in CSS, lol
