I have a quick question. I have a SATA and It is partitioned with XP on the local disk C and data on Local disk D:

I need to reinstall XP Pro. I will format Local C but do I have to repartition Local Disk D in order to install the SATA Drivers.

And once I am in windows, how can I determine if SATA was installed correctly.?
