Default Stopping Time system, is it possible?

Hi,
is there is a way to stop time system of a computer PC ?

you have fun doing that. If I am correct, stopping the time system is not only impossible, but possibly illegal as many shareware pprograms reley on it. It may also cause many programs to malfunction. Also, if it is a server-running PC, like Linux, with Cron Job in use, I think you will have even more issues
