Try to make your questions clearer next time

The way to see if a graphics card works with a motherboard, is the type of slot. Mother boards support agp, pci, pci express (either some or all).
Just check what that motherboard supports by searching the internet, and check the type of graphics card it is.
And yes they are compatible.
