No audio...please help.
I've had this digital camcorder for about 5 months, and just recently I attempted to transfer some video to the computer. I have done this many times with sucess, but this time, there is no audio. I've tried it on 3 different computers, with no luck. I'm thinking that the "base"- the platform you place the camera onto (the base is connected to the computer) in order to transfer video from the camera- must be damaged. Any suggestions will be appreciated, We spent 4 hours filming and this project is due on Tuesday, and I really hope it isn't an issue in which i have to send it in for repair- with Thanksgiving on the horizon.
If my description is vague or more deatails are needed..let me know. Thanks again. -Josh |

What kind of cam, base, and computer do you have?
