I think this is a silly question but its been long since i worked on windows 95 or 98 maybe like 2yrs or so. anyways. i was wandering if i reinstall windows would i lose all of my information as in personal files, data, pictures etc...
i know on windows xp if u reinstall it will erase everything and start all over. so anything.........

You only lose your data if you format/overwrite and/or have your important stuff on a the drive you're installing to
