one thing people don't notice that is very important for offices is XP Home doesn't have domain support and XP Pro does.

Home = For home and basic needs
Pro = For businesses and use with advanced networking.

I got a package deal off of Ebay:
Intel Pentium D 820
Intel D945PSN
Windows Xp Pro
Adobe Photoshop Elements
Adobe Premier Elements

It was 330 after s/h. I could have gotten it slightly cheaper if I had waited around longer, but I just spent the extra $10 or so and got it sooner. (there are more for any interested)

Hi
I use Windows XP Pro, the big difference I see is the number of fonts in Pro, in Home you cant see all foreign websites.
