HELP!Operating System Lost!!!!

Hi,

I was doing a partition, and i accidentally deleted my main drive which contains my operating system, i have the installation CD, but everytime i load my computer it just says "no operating system found", and my installation CD wont boot. How can I get my operating system back?

have you gone into your bio's and set it to boot from CD?(i asusme that your install disk is a CD)

yes, but everytime the program is about to load, some other program called Dr-DOS loads first, then it crashes because of so many errors.
