Thanks a lot...For clarification, Win XP setup will give me the option to:

- keep win98se and install winxp also
- format win98se and install winxp *
* (or I have to format my harddrive myself?)

- install winxp with FAT32 system either way

...Sorry this is becoming a software question...
Will XP run slower with FAT32 than NTFS?
