for christmas i want to upgrade my computer for not alot of money i just want to know if everything is compatible.

Everything looks pretty good. But if I were you I'd check this gfx card out

Your mobo is more than ur CPU, odd lol. I'd prefer more processing power and a different motherboard. Seing as you are only getting 1 gfx card, you don't even need SLI (unles you are planning it in the future)
I'd get a 3200, 3500 Venice, and a non-SLI motherboard. Perhaps a DFI Ultra-D or Asus motherboard.
