window mode for everything ^^

Oh kay, so my friend was telling about this program (This program allows you to put any software into windows mode. Like the software doesn't have to be in full screen mode.) you can download from microsoft.com. when i went searching for it, i couldn't find it. I didn't know the name of it.

does anyone know the name of this program?

by the way, I have dual screens thats why this program is handy for me. ^^

side note: i tryed -window in the properties>target, but it didn't work.

any ideas?

Wait... cant you do that normaly? Thats the first thing I learned when I first touched a computer lol...

If your talking about stuff like games go to display and there should be an option for windowed.
What game are you trying to run windowed?

black and white 2, and fear. haven't tryed quake 4 or half life 2, but i hear theres a option in the game to do that *only in half life 2* but i hear farcry can do it too, but my farcry game goes nut with my video card, 78gt >.<
