Default Problems with certain things?

Hi,
Well I seem to have a kinda weird problem with my computer. When I'm online and go to certain sites (NOT PORNO LOL LOL ) the pages seem to display in a weird way. What I mean is that it appears that the resolution is wrong. Some pages the text/print is so small you can hardly read it, others it appears really blurry (Yes, I've tried with/without my glasses on LOL LOL ). Some pages (Microsoft update for one) appears really faded and hard to read. I've done all the software updates for my moniter and the problems is still there. I have tried different resolution settings, no help either. Any ideas? My system is a Dell XPS Gen 4, 3.6Ghz, 1Gb Ram, 320(2x160) HD, Raid 0, Nvidia 256MB PCI Express x16 GeForce 6800, Dell 2001FP Moniter, Windows XP Pro.
