Default Best motherboard for Opteron (s939)?

I'm either purchasing an Opteron 144 or 146 (s939), but am undecided on what motherboard is best for compatibility/overclocking.

Is their a motherboard out there that boasts great compatibility with Opteron's that is also overclocking worthy? I've heard EPoX had a few, but after reading numerous negative reviews about the boards I'm not liking them so much.

If no one has a clue, I'll end up getting a DFI I imagine, as they seem to be one of the best for AMD 64-bit CPU's all-around.
