All looks compatible, although if i were you i'd go with the 3500+ Venice, since you can easily overclock it to past 3700+ speeds, and that way you'll save a good deal of money.

also think about maybe getting 2GB of ram(2x1mb dual channel kit), with that video card and cpu, why bottleneck it?

Do you really think 1 Gig would bottleneck it?...i thought a duel channel would be enough.
I'm thinking of going with this one.

or perhaps this one...the first looks better for the price.
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=15733..
...hmm..which is better?

Will i need a cooling system?

1 gig will definately bottleneck it, I play battlefield 2 and when I upgraded to 2 gigs of ram the difference was insane, HUGE difference, seriously
