Default Would you put this in your living room?

Looking to build a (very) budget media center PC (probably running mythTV) and i found this barebone system on newegg. Would you put this in your living room / den given the price? Check out the enlarged pics on the page.

Barebones systems don't include processors, memory, or optical drives. At least that's what I think. You are gonna end up spending about 700-1000 bucks for a media canter that can record TV.

You can spend 200-300$ on a system that can record TV and music/movies. A PIII would work for that, you don't exactly need the top of the line equipment to do just that.

Sorry if i wasn't more specific, but i thought by saying "build a media center pc" that implied that I knew i'd have to add the compenents myself. I have some older hardware lying around but the case it's in is beige and ugly. All i really need is a bigger hard-drive (200 gigs most likely) and a TV tuner card. I was asking basically from a looks / aesthetic standpoint, would you add this case to your entertainment center if it was all you could afford?

I've seen cases that are smaller than your average VCR for about that much... I'm actually considering building myself a PVR as well, but I'm too cheap to get the parts to do so...

A system I just got(but someone at work already killed it) is an MSI Hermes 650. Small system with TV-OUT, DVI, Firewire(2 ports), USB 2.0(6 ports), and 5.1 audio. You can find these for quite cheap. Using something like...ugh...a celeron should work just fine. It also has two PCI slots(full sized, unlike many of these little cases) so you could use your standard cards...
