Default AMD M-ATX mobo

I want to ask is this mobo woth getting? , i m not going to have dual core yet, but i think its good to leave a door open for later upgrades, it ahs PCI-E. this

One question is ... does this board require a 24 pin PSU and a 4 Pin , or jsut a 24 pin?
