Default Building a comp for little bro. Budget $200. Possible?

Hi. For christmas i want to get my little bro a computer. My budget is about $200. All he would use a computer for is internet use and The Sims 2. Is it possible to buy/build a computer on that budget that cna play the sims 2. If you have any ideas on waht i should buy let me know, thanks.

for web browsing you could get him a nice used pentium 3 for $100-200 I got one from here just make sure you save any numbers on the box because mine had a bad mobo and to get any help from them i needed a number that was on a peice of paper under the tape keeping the box closed
EDIT: here this one even has a pentium 4 http://www.bobjohnson.com/_store/Dis...PQ%2DEVO%2DD5S
don't try to play sims 2 on it though maybe the first sims though
