can i assign one key to another:
actually my f8 key is not working. when windows starts, to go to advance startup option u need the f8 key. is there any way that i press any other key and it does the same work the f8 key do. like i have the right ctrl key working fine but i never use it. may it be possible that i press ctrl and it does the work of f8 key?

You could try crashing windows so that the menu pops up automatically
