My friends computer has WinXP Home. One day, all of a sudden when she re-started it, it took a long time to boot up and when it gets to where the user-login would be, you get nothing but a black screen and the cursor.
I have tried running in Safe Mode and Win Recovery and still get nothing but black screen and cursor!!! Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? She really needs it fixed in the next 24hrs for her schooling if possible. Thanks, Evo
