Question freaking taskbar!!!!

Okay I'm no wiz, but the damn thing is now on the right side of my screen vertically, how do I get it back to being on the bottom??

windows 2000

i have no idea on Xp, all i know is that you cant do that on XP

Right click on the taskbar and make sure it is not locked. Then drag it....
