Like I have said before, when it comes to "budget" machines, it is hard to build a computer cheaper than you can buy from a manufactor. They have the price advantage because of being able to buy the parts in mass. Then when you throw in the software, you see where I am going. That Emachine is upgradeable. The first thing to upgrade would be the PSU, as Emachines are known for having substandard PSUs. So, after upgrading the PSU, then upgrade the video card (it has a PCIe slot), and you should have a decent budget machine.
