Default Celeron vs Pentium

If I compare my pentium 4 - 2.66 GHz with a very new Celeron which is better?

Pentium 4B 2.66Ghz 133x4 - 533Mhz - 512KB L2
CeleronD 330 2.6Ghz 133x4 - 533Mhz - 256KB L2

The P4B line is pretty much equal to the CeleronD depending on the task. The now outphased P4C line which followed is seriously ahead however.
