when i turn on my one computer it dont start up it says
"Operating System not found on any devices, press any key to continue." if i hit enter the samething comes up. If I put in the disk and try to install i get something that says __________________________________________________ ____________ |Windows XP Professional Setup |___________________________ | | Setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in you computer. | __________________________________________________ _______ | F3=Quit |_________________________________________________ ____________ i also got a error that say Device error during select device not found: IDEC001 No valid CD-ROM device drives selected Path not found -M:\command.com A:\> Can some1 please help me. You have a serious problem there.
Your computer isn't seeing the hard drive. This could be something as simple as a loose cable inside the case, a dead hard drive, or a messed up motherboard. First thing, I'd open up the case, knock all teh dust out and check the reibbons cables between the drives and the motherboard, make sure they're seated well. |

make sure your hard drive and cd rom is correctly installed.
Did this error just happen or did you just install new hardware?
