Question HP desktop won't turn on?

My friends HP pavilion a 600 n was off all day and when he went to turn it on it makes a beaping sound. nothing shows up on the monitor, so I couldn't even boot up in safe mode for him. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix it or what could be causeing it.

Count how many beeps and Google it and say 5 beeps or something like that and you should get some answers

The beeps are the bios error code. Find out who the bios manufacturer is and you will be able to find out what the beeps mean.
