Not so I always save each update executable to my slave drive and back up regularly to DVD-RW so that when this system goes kaboom and I need to rebuild, I won't have to re-download around 152MB (so far!) of updates!
When I'm in Windows Update, I always look at the Details link of each individual update. Then I go to the Microsoft TechNet or Knowledge Base page via the link that always pops up in a small window and download and save each update, one by one. Yes, it takes time, but with dialup, I only have to download them the once.
