Default recomenddations

Whats a good quility sound card for STERO? not more then 30$, and fairly decent quility if possible

Good speakers? I have one mono speaker from 10 years ago that has static even on the start upnoise on winxp, i need some new stereo speakers.

Headset? preferably with mic for gaming? still want it to be fairly nice qulity for music and stuff when other people are around, and i want it to keep the sound in my ears, notr everyone elses (meaning it has good inslation so people around be cant here it)

Sound Card

5.1 Speakers or Stereo Speakers

I'm not good at picking out a headset.

They look nice, but IMO i prefer the cpu style headsets where they go around your whole ear, but those probably sounds pretty nice.

I ended up getting a stero Altec langing set, Theat are VERY nice, then i get a 2.1 set too(both from the holilday's, asked for a stero set and actully three people got me some, one was returned) that was also quite nice, nice sub 2 other speakers, the other apeakers aren't quite as nice as the lansing's but i'll live, I put them all together to make a 5.1 system.

I can actully tell a difference in the 2.1 set to the altec's...plus I'm sorry but they look gay LOL, and my friend want's them, so i might get the suggested one's like I planed and keep my altec's to make a 5.1 still.
