Operating System Crashed

i have two pc's. my one pc OS have crashed and i can only boot to c:\> using bootable disc and another pc is running winodws xp. so is there any why i can transfer files between the two pc's.

only if you stick the hard drive from the bad computer in with the drive in the good one
