Default advice for my new comp??

I am going to build a budget computer, and the specs as following

Intel P4 Prescott 2.4GA Hz CPU/533FSB
ASUS P4S8X-MX SIS661GX,SRAID,M.ATX M/B
ACEPlus DDR400 512MB Ram
FORSA Geforce 6200A AGP8X 256MB DDR2
MAXTRON 350DS 350W ATX 24Pin POWER SUPPLY
* other items (such as hdd, cd roms) not listed above will not be concerned

I will use the new comp to work or play online games sometimes (but not a powerful game like Half-Life 2 or Doom3, etc)

could someone please give me some feedbacks. also, i dont have much money to spend, so i would say the "upgrade suggestions" best not exceed $100 in total. Thanks a lot.

$100 budget...

You should check newegg.com for some nice barebone comps for less than $100, some are around 90, that leaves you with 10 for shipping.

1. Ok for what you're intending to do with the machine ... why do you need to upgrade?
2. Id add another 512MB of ram ($30)
3. Id also change the PSU up ($50)

Thanks for your suggestions...I would upgrade to 1GB Ram and 400W PSU. Better performance with little extra costs

note that the wattage means nothing (you can have high wattage rating and a crappy PSU)... to read up on what i mean, have a look at PSU 101. If you want a quick reccomendation, have a look at XClio 450W [12V@32A, $50]
