Language Bar won't show!

Hi, I need help with the language bar. I checked the box to display the language bar on my taskbar, but it won't show. I got it working once, but it didn't have an input language thing. It didn't show a little button that says "EN" or "CH" or whatever language you put in. It only displayed a "Language Bar help" button.
Could someone help me display the language bar on the taskbar and getting it to show the "EN" "CH" button? Thanks.
