Default Help with my monitor!

I'm having some trouble with my monitor. It's an HP P910. I'm not sure if the monitor is dying, or if it's just a driver issue. My screen keeps flickering back and forth from regular to pink, as if there's a speaker right next to the monitor. But, when I reboot, during the boot-up, the monitor looks normal, which makes me think it's probably a driver issue. I've tried rolling back the drivers on my monitor and vid. card. I've also tried updating them, and uninstalling them and letting the computer find them again. Any help you can offer me would be greatly appreciated.

From my device manager:
My vid card is GeForce4 MX 440
My monitor is HP D8910 HP P910 19" monitor

Try using degauss on your monitor settings

That doesn't work either. That was the first thing I tried.
