Can I install Windows Xp Pro sp2 From my usb cd-rom drive or usb-flash rom???
Its for my laptop. The cd-rom drive Isn't working and I cant seem to source another one. Or can I perform a network installition, coz my latop is networked to my pc.??? Thankzz in advance.. |

to do a network install you need the PC to be running a server OS
Plug in the USB CD drive and boot the computer. Go into the bios and see if it registers the CD drive. If so, move it to the top of the boot order list and install away

You should be able to do all of the above. For the network install you do have to have a computer with a server OS on it though, as said by vortmax.
