Default Need Help Installing Cpu Fan Plz!!!!!

HI I purchased a new hyper 48 cpu fan for my amd athlon 3700+ and im haveing some serious problems..

im not sure how to install it..

plz if any1 here has one or can help me it would be nice...

first you remove the old hsf. Then, scrape off the old thermal paste (unless its still good) and apply new thermal paste. Next, follow this guide

wow thnx alot man....btw can I just install it without installing any of the other crap that it came with? like the unoversal back plate?

ok now on to a new problem......

i cant install the clips to secure the cpu fan....
like..there really loose and it feels like the fan is just
going to fann of..im sure it will..
how am i suppose to install the "spring clips"

lol thats for the cpu fan that came with the cpu lol...
I decided to use that one btw lol ima wait till I have more money to get one that accually works and is easy to install..
