This is my first laptop, which of these would be best for a college student? Mainly I just need it for the basics but I also dont want it to be outdated next year. Thanks, Andrew

I've got the m45-s2692, it's got an 80gb drive compared to the 100 in the s269, other than that the same. I'm in college too and it works pretty good for all my school stuff. My desktop is still my video editing/gaming comp, but I can run all my CAD programs and stuff with the Toshiba. The only thing I would do differently is get a laptop with a smaller screen, the 15.4 seems pretty big once you get it. I'm getting like 3:45 out of my laptop off the battery it comes with so that's good too. I wouldn't get the one with the celeron though, go for the pentium M, it's worth the extra money. If price is no factor, the s369 definitely has the hardware advantage, but the s3291 has the smaller screen, I'd say loook at a 15.4 screen and see for yourself whether or not it's portable enough for you.
