Default Will these work good?

Will there parts work good together? Is there anything I should change?
-Western Digital Caviar SE WD800JD 80GB 7200 RPM Serial ATA150 Hard Drive
-ASUS K8U-X Socket 754 ULi M1689 ATX AMD Motherboard
-XCLIO XClio 450BL ATX 450W Power Supply
-CORSAIR ValueSelect 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Unbuffered System Memory Model VS512MB400
-AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice 800MHz FSB Socket 754 E6 Processor Model ADA3000BXBOX
-An ATI Radeon 9200SE AGP8X video card

I don't see why they wouldn't, just don't expect it to be a wonderful gammer... And I donno about that Uli chipset...

if you can, go with socket 939, it runs dual channel and alot more of the upper end cpu's

1. change the 3000 to a socket 939.
2. change the motherboard to a socket 939.
3.
4. profit.

Thats a nice system, but i would go with the 939 socket. And deffinetly a new video card. That card will slow you down extremely.
