Ipod H.264

Ok, so the Ipod videos only play, I believe, a format= H.264, something you dont see everyday (so they can charge for tv shows, and movies). My question is, does anyone know a program that alows you to change an AVI into this ipod format?

videora ipod converter. i have an ipod video and i have had some major trouble getting video on my ipod. so if u use this program can u tell me how it works for u and wat u did.
