Question to Touchpad for e.g. Photo Shop

Hello!

I'm searching for a possibility to draw pictures on a kind of touchpad with a "pen" and the picture should be shown in the program (e.g. photo shop) on the PC.
Working with the mouse is not very exact....

Do you have personal experience with it?
Can you recommend a label?
Is there something special I should take care of when buying?
