3. That GPU is very weak, I would stick to the intergrated graphics for now then when you have the money upgrade to something like a 6600GT or higher

4. That is a pretty nice PSU, you might be able to save a little cash by downgrading since your system isnt that power demanding. Although dont downgrade to much.
