Default When starting a business involving building and selling computers....

Do you include the cost of the operating system software in the sale price and install that copy that you sold with the computer? or can you get some kind of licensing from Microsoft for multiple copies?

Sorry if that doesn't make sense

you have to buy seperate copies and include it in the price
or like I do, offer the system without OS and offer it as an add-on to the package

a lot of people have a copy of XP, they pirate their own (none of my business), they would rather use an older version or they use another OS

those are corporate installations.....you get either multiple keys or one key that you are allowed to install on multiple machines....for retail purposes, that is not what you are looking for, as everyone who puchases a machine from you must have their own key and their own disc, no matter who installs the OS (you or them)
