i have the the logitech z-5500s and i have a few questions.
on the back of my subwoofer it says digital but it has no digital inputs or outputs all it has is the speaker wire(is that analog?). and i saw on newegg some pictures that one is totally digital no speaker wire. why is that and why did i get the speaker wire and not digital. and how much better is digital then speaker wire. here is a link for the pictures http://www.newegg.com/Product/Showim...eaker+-+Retail i DID NOT BUY THESE FROM NEWEGG I BOUGHT THEM AT WWW.AMAZON.COM CAUSE IT WAS CHEAPER THEN NEWEGG. is there anything i can do here so i can get digital. any help is appreciated. |

Plug the individual speakers into the sub via the RCA plugs.
You have a control center thing that connects to the sub with a serial cable. On the back of that is a digital coac port and an optical port. Run either digital coax or optical from there to the sound card.
